If not satisfied with the service, every client of APRICOT CAPITAL CJSC has the right to submit a Complaint to the Company. Theprocedure and terms for submitting and considering complaints are defined in the company’s Customer Complaint Examination Procedure. (link to our “internal rules” page coming soon)

The customer can submit his/her Complaint in writing, and hand-delivering it or sending it by mail to the office of APRICOT CAPITALCJSC at 10 Vazgen Sargsyan St, Yerevan 0010, Armenia, “Piazza Grande” Business Center, 1st floor, or send it in the email toinfo@apricotcapital.am. Any natural person has the opportunity to present the claims arising from the transaction concluded between theCompany to the Financial System Mediator.

APRICOT CAPITAL CJSC did not sign an agreement on waiving the right to dispute thedecisions of the mediator of the financial system.

Any person has the right to receive the information defined by Articles 16, 120, 126, Part 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market” regarding APRICOT

CAPITAL CJSC. This service is free of charge. The deadline is the 3rd working day following the receipt of the written application, unless another deadline is set for the provision of this information.
