  Vachik Gevorgyan, CFA

  Executive Director

  Vachik Gevorgyan has been Executive Director of Apricot Capital CJSC since the company’s founding. His career in finance began at Armswissbank CJSC as a financial analyst, before moving to the Central Bank of Armenia’s Financial System Stability Department in 2011. He went on to lead the Depository Services Department at the Central Depository of Armenia, head Investment Banking at Araratbank, and manage the Yerevan office of Balchug Capital.

  Mr. Gevorgyan holds a PhD in Economics and an MS in Finance from the Armenian State University of Economics, where he also serves as a lecturer at the Chair of Finance.

  Davit Ghukasyan

  COO

  Davit Ghukasyan is Chief Operating Officer of Apricot Capital CJSC. He began his career in finance at VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC in 2019, before joining Incore CJSC as a trading specialist in 2021. He joined Apricot Capital in August 2022 as a portfolio manager, became Head of the Brokerage Group in 2023, and assumed the role of COO in April 2024.

  Davit holds an MS in Finance from the Armenian State University of Economics.

  Konstantin Boyarshinov

  Head of Trading

  Konstantin Boyarshinov is Head of Trading at Apricot Capital CJSC. From 2015 to 2019 he led the Brokerage Department at General Invest, managing trading operations, developing structured products, and implementing new trading technologies. He then developed private banking investment products at DOM.RF Bank, tripling the investment portfolio, before managing brokerage product development at Absolut Bank from 2021 to 2023, achieving more than double growth in investment product penetration. He joined Apricot Capital in April 2023.

  Konstantin holds a degree in Engineering Economics from the Moscow Aviation Institute and an MSc in Finance with Investment specialization from Cass Business School, City University London.

  Haykuhi Avetisyan

  Head of Back-Office Division

  Haykuhi Avetisyan is the Head of the Back-Office Department at Apricot Capital CJSC. She joined the Apricot Capital CJSC team in August 2022.

  Before joining Apricot Capital CJSC, she began her professional career in the academic field as a lecturer at the Chair of Banking (2011-2014), then from 2015, she headed the Corporate Finance Department of Incor CJSC. In 2022, she worked at Balchug Capital CJSC as a data analyst.

  Haykuhi holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance and is a PhD candidate in Economics at the Armenian State University of Economics. She is a member of the “Armenian Women on Boards” network.

  Artur Adamyan

  Head of Brokerage Division

  Artur Adamyan is Head of the Brokerage Division at Apricot Capital CJSC. He began his career at Idram LLC in 2020. He joined Apricot Capital in May 2023 as a broker and was appointed Head of the Brokerage Division in April 2024.

  Artur holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance from the Armenian State University of Economics.

  Karine Nersisyan

  Head of Settlement Division

  Karine Nersisyan is Head of the Settlement Division at Apricot Capital CJSC and a lecturer at the Armenian State University of Economics. Between 2010 and 2016 she progressed from analyst to custodian at Armenbrok OJSC, then served as account manager at Armeconombank OJSC before joining Apricot Capital in August 2022. Karine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MS in Finance from the Armenian State University of Economics, where she has lectured at the Chair of Finance since 2015, and earned her PhD in Economics in 2015.

  Meri Tovmasyan

  Chief Legal Counsel

  Meri Tovmasyan is the Chief Legal Counsel of Apricot Capital CJSC. She has been a member of our team since March 2023.

  Throughout her professional career, she has worked in the fields of legal advisory and public administration, specializing in corporate and financial law matters. Prior to joining Apricot Capital CJSC, she practiced at Concern Dialog Law Firm in Yerevan and also served at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

  Meri Tovmasyan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from Yerevan State University, as well as an LL.M. in Business Law from US Berkeley School of Law. She is also a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.

  Tatevik Karapetyan

  Head of Customer Service Division

  Tatevik Karapetyan is Head of the Customer Service Division at Apricot Capital CJSC. She joined the company in March 2023 as an Account Manager and was appointed Head of the Customer Service Division in June 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Armenian State University of Economics, and during her studies, completed an internship at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași, Romania.

  Roza Badalyan

  Head of Internal Audit

  Roza Badalyan leads the Internal Audit function at Apricot Capital CJSC. Her career began at VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC as a Legal Advisor, followed by over a decade heading the Contracts and Document Management Department at ACBA Leasing Credit Company CJSC from 2010. She joined Apricot Capital in 2024 as Legal Controller and Legal Advisor, and has served as Head of Internal Audit since 2025.

  Roza is a qualified specialist from the Faculty of Law of the French University in Armenia. and holds Project Manager and GGF Green Finance Expert certifications.

  Lilit Tsugunyan

  Head of Information Technology Division

  Lilit Tsugunyan leads the Information Technology Division at Apricot Capital CJSC. She began her career in 2016 as an IT Specialist at Ardshinbank CJSC, accumulating nearly nine years of experience in information system maintenance, automation, and cybersecurity in the financial sector. After further developing her expertise through freelance IT projects, she joined Apricot Capital in June 2024 and has served as Head of IT since 2025.

  Lilit holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia and a range of professional certifications in programming, server administration, and information security.

  Armine Tavadyan

  Director of Corporate Relations and Strategic Partnerships Department

  Armine Tavadyan is Director of Corporate Relations and Strategic Partnerships Department at Apricot Capital CJSC. Before joining Apricot Capital, she spent over nine years at Evocabank OJSC, rising from Specialist in the Corporate Client Acquisition Division to Head of the Corporate Client Relations Department (2024). Between 2014 and 2017 she served as Senior Specialist in Corporate Client Acquisition at Armeconombank OJSC, and from 2009 to 2013 was an Administrative Assistant at the National Democratic Institute (NDI). She holds an MS in Computer Science from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, is pursuing an MBA at the University of York, and holds a Certified Sales Executive (CSE) designation from SMEI.

  Armine Tavadyan is the Head of Corporate Clients Relations Department at Apricot Capital CJSC. Before that, she worked at Evocabank OJSC for more than 9 years, moving from a specialist in the Corporate Client Acquisition Division to the Head of Corporate Clients Relations Department. From 2014-2017, she was a Senior Specialist in the Corporate Client Engagement Department at Armeconombank OJSC. From 2009-2013, she was an Administrative Assistant at the National Democratic Institute.

  She holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computer Science of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia and of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of York. Holder of the Certified Sales Executive (CSE®) certification from Sales & Marketing Executives International.
