Apricot Capital is participating in World Investment Forum 2023
The forum aims to address key investment challenges caused by today’s multiple global crises
In line with its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), Apricot Capital partnered with the Amaryan Charitable Foundation and Balchug Capital to support the implementation of a major educational and cultural project initiated by the Primavera Foundation of Armenia.
For the first time in history, Carl Flesch’s seminal work, The Art of Violin Playing, has been translated and published in Armenian. This project, initiated and implemented by the Primavera Foundation of Armenia, aims to provide Armenian musicians and educators with access to world-class professional literature in their native language.
The book is being donated to music education institutions throughout Armenia free of charge. The book distribution logistics are managed by the Primavera Foundation. Further details regarding the project can be found on their official website.
The project officially launched on December 24, 2025, with a gala concert titled The Art of Violin Playing at the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall. The evening featured the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra performing under the direction of Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Eduard Topchjan, along with renowned soloists Maximilian Simon (Germany) and Aram Badalyan (Armenia/Germany).
The first copies of the book have been donated to the Komitas Yerevan State Conservatory, the Gyumri Conservatory, and the Gyumri Music College.
Donations to other music schools and colleges across Armenia will continue throughout the first half of 2026.
As part of the initiative funded by the Amaryan Charitable Foundation, Apricot Capital, and Balchug Capital, Maximilian Simon, the editor of the latest edition of The Art of Violin Playing and a distinguished German violinist, was invited to Armenia. He will conduct free master classes for young Armenian violinists.
Through this comprehensive CSR project, Apricot Capital seeks to contribute to the development of the classical violin school in Armenia, enhancing the quality of music education and fostering the professional growth of future generations.
