Apricot Capital at the CBD COP17 Green Zone

From October 19–30, 2026, Yerevan will host the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity, CBD COP17. We will participate in the conference’s Green Zone, joining the international dialogue on biodiversity conservation, responsible financial decision-making and sustainable development.

Joining the Conversation on Biodiversity and a Sustainable Future

The financial system is also connected to environmental change. Companies may depend on natural resources, affect ecosystems and face financial and operational risks related to nature.

Our participation aims to explore these connections from an investment perspective and discuss how investors can consider not only financial performance, but also the environmental aspects of a company’s activities.

At the Green Zone, we will cover topics related to:

• green and environment-related investment themes,
• the relationship between biodiversity and financial markets,
• companies’ dependencies on and impacts on nature,
• approaches to responsible investment decision-making.
