“The Psychology of Money,” the global bestseller by Morgan Housel, has been published in Armenian at the initiative and with the support of Apricot Capital, and in cooperation with Newmag Publishing House.
The book offers practical lessons that can help readers build a more secure financial future. It’s set to enrich the Armenian-language literature available on personal finance and investments.
“The Psychology of Money” has been translated into dozens of languages and has sold 8 million copies worldwide.
Vachik Gevorgyan, CEO of Apricot Capital, stated, “To truly succeed in managing personal finances and investments, we first need to cultivate the right mindset and attitude towards money. That’s precisely why Apricot Capital is dedicating significant effort to fostering a responsible investment culture in Armenia through educational programs. Making Morgan Housel’s international bestseller ‘The Psychology of Money’ available in Armenian, in partnership with Newmag, is a key part of these efforts. Housel’s book isn’t a dry, technical financial text; instead, it uses accessible, clear language and real-life stories to explain crucial financial concepts like compound interest, saving habits, and wealth accumulation. This is a long-term investment for Apricot Capital, and we’re confident it will positively impact readers, prompting them to consider how they manage, save, and grow their money. And, perhaps, it will even motivate them to explore the world of investments with Apricot Capital.”
The book’s Yerevan launch event took place on May 28, 2025. This event also featured a panel discussion on personal finance and the book itself, with leading experts from the financial sector participating. Watch the reportage on the presentation below:
